"ER" for ERP & CRM Projects
Addressing the workforce complexities
inherent with ERP & CRM
When there is a need to maximize ROI by ensuring that
job roles, stakeholders, and new processes are aligned.
Studies have shown that a majority of companies run into major
stumbling blocks while implementing an ERP or CRM system, or have a less
than anticipated ROI long after their Go-Live date.
eMergence One Consulting has years of experience working on
large-scale projects. We possess a vast array of
“lessons learned” which will benefit your implementation
regardless of what stage in the project lifecycle you are
currently in.

Our Experience:
We have worked on numerous large-scale ERP implementations
involving Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft as well as various CRM
initiatives. We have been brought
in to help with the numerous people, process, and organizational
issues and risks at various points in the implementation cycle.
Though it is most beneficial to have us on the ground from Day-One
of the project (so we can align all the necessary elements for a
successful project kick-off), we have also been brought in as late
as three weeks before Go-Live to help with last minute training,
communication, post-implementation support and organizational
alignment needs.
