Work Opportunities for Contract Consultants:

We have an ongoing need for experienced, reliable subcontractors throughout the United States.  Unfortunately, we are not currently offering full-time employment to anyone who lives outside of the Silicon Valley area.  All interested contract consultants should note the following:

Our most immediate needs are with senior-level change leadership consultants or project managers (10+ years of experience), and mid-level communication and training consultants (6+ years of experience).

Must have a minimum of six years business experience with either a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firm and/or Fortune 500 experience.

Must possess an advanced degree in business, organizational behavior, management information technology or similar degree from a fully accredited school or university.

Must possess the “tools of the trade” i.e. a laptop computer with modem, Windows 98 OS or better (not Macintosh) with MS Office (preferably Visio and MS Project as well) installed.  Must be proficient with above applications.

Because 70% of our work is with technology related change, all interested consultant contractors must have experience with at least one large-scale technology implementation, preferably an ERP, CRM or eProcurement initiative.

Willingness to travel on a weekly basis, ability to work independently, and a willingness to adhere to the eMergence One principles, and approach to organizational consulting a must.

We are especially interested in instructional designers (or boutique firms) experienced with Oracle, SAP or other technical training.  Familiarity with web-based training and training development software applications a big plus.
