Openings for Project Professionals: 3-4 positions available, various locations nationwide

We are seeking several project consulting professionals to deliver on-site, project consulting solutions to our clients nationwide:

• Our most immediate needs are for senior-level project professionals who possess strong expertise in either project management and/or organizational change/stakeholder management and are willing to invest the time in learning our proprietary methodology.


• Consultants must have a minimum of five years experience if they have experience or certification in the Emergence One Method or have PMP® certification; eight years of experience if they are not certified.
  


• Emergence One consultants have a reputation for rolling up their sleeves and getting the work done. If you are simply looking to “advise and coach” clients and don’t do well with meeting aggressive deadlines, we are probably not the firm for you.
  


• Ability to work independently and a willingness to adhere to the Emergence One principles and approach to organizational consulting a must.
  

• Mid-level consultants who have experience in project communications and/or training design or development and are willing to work on-site at client locations 3-5 days a week. Consultants for this position must have a minimum of five years experience, with at least three of those years with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting firm.
  


• We are especially interested in instructional designers experienced with Oracle, SAP or other technical training… familiarity with web-based training and training development software applications a big plus.
  

• Seeking an account manager who has experience selling professional services in the San Francisco Bay/Silicon Valley area.


• Prefer candidates who already have a list of potential contacts, and a willingness to develop new relationships with contacts provided by Emergence One.


• Attending networking events and evangelize The Emergence One Method for Total Project Success to new audience.
